I now feel a sense of peace, a sense of adventure and curiosity when it comes to food and my body image. I feel stronger because I now have the knowledge and tools to help my body be its best. I’ve healed a limiting view of myself and where I belong in this world and my community, allowing for the possibility that I am much more than I could ever know. I have discovered I am the #1 nutrition expert! Everything I need to know is within me if I listen. I’ve clarified my sense of what it means to be healthy. That “skinny” is not the same as healthy. Any amount of negative self talk, manipulation or negative feelings towards food or my body directly affect and destroy my well being on a huge scale. Beth is a goddess from planet amazing!
