“I have lost about 8 lbs! I feel fit and slim and ready for the next toning stage. People notice I am thinner and losing weight. But more importantly people are asking ME for recipes!!! That is so cool, a real accomplishment  and that feels awesome. I feel empowered to look into the fridge and see raw ingredients and know I could make something delicious and healthy for myself and anyone else I want to share my new skills with.”

Before the group program, I had an idea of what was suppose to be good for me and make me healthy but I had no tools to enforce those ideas. I didn’t know how to cook food that was healthy AND delicious. My biggest struggle was eating without distraction and being mindful while eating. I usually eat alone during the week so it was bit unsettling to be by myself and not distracted for that amount of time.

That is so cool, a real accomplishment  and that feels awesome. I feel empowered to look into the fridge and see raw ingredients and know I could make something delicious and healthy for myself and anyone else I want to share my new skills with. Before, I felt helpless and uneducated. My relationship to my life has changed dramatically. I am voicing my opinion in relationships that matter to me, and I now feel the power to take over other aspects of my life. (FINANCE!!!) And I’m not scared to do it, I know I can do it and am ready to roll with the punches and keep using these tools in food and other areas in my life.

I want people to give the 8-week program a try. Even if you think you have a handle on things she can help you to refine your skills and learn things about yourself you didn’t even acknowledge before. This approach is different in that it deals with the WHY. Why don’t you do the things you know you should be doing?? Work with Beth if you are ready to take a good hard look in the mirror and become best friends and allies with yourself again.”
