Corey, Manager

Corey

“Now, I’m a hot skinny bitch!  Just kidding, but really, working with Beth, I lost 30 pounds! I feel fantastic. Getting the help, changing your mindset and actually MANAGING your health can make a huge impact.  People tell me that they feel like they’ve got the old Corey back, only healthier and happier.  The question shouldn’t be, “Is Beth going to be right for me?”  The question is, “Why haven’t you contacted Beth yet?”  She’ll change your life.  Just stick with Beth, you’ll be okay.”

Before I worked with Beth I felt lost, angry, fat, lazy, ashamed, lethargic, unmotivated, and stupid.  I struggled to walk up the damn subway stairs, not eating everything that was in front of me, not snack constantly and endlessly, and eat not eat the most sugar-enriched carb I could find. I would look at myself in the mirror with disgust I believed ” that this was who I was, “ had always intended to be and will always be. I wanted to walk down the street with confidence without worrying about my appearance.  My relationship with my body, myself and my career was miserable.  The way I felt about my body and my health affected everything I did in life.  It perpetuated a constant cycle of self-hate and loathing that was reflected in everything I did and almost everyone I encountered.  To sound cliche, I was fed up and at the end of my rope.

Now, I’m a hot skinny bitch!  Just kidding, but really, working with Beth, I lost 30 pounds! I feel fantastic. Getting the help, changing your mindset and actually MANAGING your health can make a huge impact.  People tell me that they feel like they’ve got the old Corey back, only healthier and happier.

Since working with Beth, I now feel educated, motivated, empowered.

I’m most proud of the way I feel and think about myself and the way I look.  I mean, it’s great that I have a ton of new recipes and nutritional information under my belt but for me the biggest hurdles were psychological.  I’m proud to say that I love myself more then I ever have.  I’ve healed the hate and disdain I had for my body and ultimately for myself.  I’ve discovered cooking!  I know it sounds ridiculous, but one of my first questions for Beth was, “can I do this program without cooking?”

I’ve accomplished loving myself fully and wholeheartedly again or possibly for the first time.  I’ve also redeveloped a love for my art and craft. My results have been ongoing because I realize now that we are all a fucking beautiful work in progress. As long as there’s progress, there are results.

One of the first things Beth said to me was, “Stick with me, you’re gonna be okay.” She was right.

Beth is so much more than a nutritionist or a life coach. She’s a human-being; beating heart, gorgeous soul, wildly beautiful personality, humorous, and crass. She meets you on your level, no matter what that level is.  She shows up. There wasn’t one single thing that I felt Beth wasn’t equipped to handle.  Beth can be your shoulder to cry on, a friendly ear to listen, your personal chef-instructor, your drill sergeant or your friend.  She’s packed full of incredible information and education and is fun to talk to to boot!  The question shouldn’t be, “Is Beth going to be right for me?”  The question is, “Why haven’t you contacted Beth yet?”  She’ll change your life.  Just stick with Beth, you’ll be okay.
